Progress in Cassava Piece Pt.1 – Establishment of our ‘Caretaker-House’

While we were still waiting on a decision by the German Embassy on our application for financial support of our efforts to renovate the building and turn it into an Education Center, we started to build a ‘house’ for our caretaker person in one corner of the compound.

With the help of some friends and people from the community the wooden shag on a concrete foundation was established in just four days!

Shortly after the new building structure was erected, we received an email from the Embassy with even better news….
