We give thanks to recording artist Runkus who visited the Education Center yesterday, Thursday 3rd of March to sing some songs with the children and to encourage them. Runkus did talk with the children about Culture, Patois, Healthy Food and Lifestyle, the evolution of Jamaican music through genres like ska, rocksteady, reggae, dancehall and much more. The children enjoyed the afternoon and were dancing, singing, drumming and questioning the artist a lot. They definately want Runkus to come back very soon…!
